The room had a good size and was well-equipped for a romantic escape. The breakfast options were diverse and tasty with fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel had a nice location close to major attractions and easy to find. We also appreciated the quietness of the surroundings and the view from the windows.

Our stay was not as perfect as expected. The staff at the reception was quite unhelpful when we requested some additional amenities for the room.

Although the hotel is reasonably priced, it is located quite a distance from the main attractions, so you'll need to have a car or use public transport to get around. There are not many restaurants nearby, so you may need to travel a bit to find a decent place to eat.

The hotel is quiet, although it's situated in a commercial area. Parking and garage available without extra charge. Both room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Some SAT programs were free. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but could be better. We appreciated the fact that the soap was in the dispenser, but there was no shampoo.

Being a 4 star hotel, it looks old-fashion, specially from the outside. Bad internal insonorisation, consumed carpet, old hair dryer barely functioning.

Not much else to do in the area on a Sunday evening

The staff was excellent. We arrived 21:50 & the dining room was closing at 22:00 but the staff waited for us to eat.Also when I asked them to participate in a birthday suprise for my niece they were very helpful!!

The bathroom, very old & poor facilities. Needs renovation

Located in a convenient spot for exploring the city center, with several restaurants nearby. The Locanda San Michele offers delicious dishes. The hotel is also in an excellent location near the road network. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with hot drinks available. The breakfast buffet is varied with many hot and cold options to choose from.

Some downsides were noted, such as the hotel being in a dull and uninteresting area far from the city center.

The breakfast had a poor selection. The gym was in no condition. The room was cold, while the heating did not work. And the the bathroom was dirty,old, and small.

Lovely charming staff. Despite the cheap price, the rooms were immaculate, comfortable and very well appointed, each with their own balcony. Simple but very tasty breakfast. Not far from town but peaceful with views over the hillside. Excellent value and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great little hotel for a great price.

Everytime I go to Perugia I stay in this hotel because the staff are very nice. The hotel is clean. It's easy to go to the city center and easy to go to the other places of interest. I like the underground car park.

I was initially concerned about the room's decor, but the modern and clean look of the façade and lobby put me at ease. The friendly and efficient receptionist made me feel welcomed. The noise issue was resolved promptly by providing me with a quieter room. The breakfast room was lovely, with a good selection of hot and cold food. The hotel's location, though a bit far from the city, was peaceful. I had a pleasant stay at this Best Western hotel.
